Here at Elite 99 West, all of our apartment homes feature a private enclosed patio. We also have smart home features standard in all floor plans. Our community is built around a beautiful decorative pond and has a lovely jogging path.

Leasing and Application Process

A tour can be scheduled through the "Book a Tour" feature located on the top right of our website. You can also talk with our virtual assistant to schedule, or call us at 281-347-8800.

We require proof of identification and income upon application.

We require proof of 3x the rent, and a credit check will be completed with application.

Yes, we require a renters insurance policy with a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage.

Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

On top of base rent, you will have $144 of flat fees included in TMLP. Additionally, your water, sewer, and electricity bills must be paid.

You'll be responsible for electricity, water, sewer, and renters insurance.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month, and we accept Flex, online payments, and cashier checks.

Move-In, Lease Terms

We offer lease terms between 6 and 14 months.

In order to collect keys, you'll need to have your first payment, proof of electricity setup, and renters insurance with minimum liability of $300,000.

We do allow lease transfers with applicable fees and payment history. Subletting is prohibited.
We require a 60-day notice prior to moving out.

At Elite 99 West, enjoy amenities designed to elevate everyday living: from our resort-style pool and scenic jogging path to a beautiful decorative pond and inviting boardwalk with cornhole and outdoor seating. Residents also have access to a 24-hour fitness center with a kids club area, a clubroom with kitchen and printer, and charcoal and gas grills throughout the community.
